At Design Workshop 2, attendees had the opportunity to review examples of desired built outcomes to be reflected in the updated UDO. The project team shared the outcomes of five Site Tests and gathered community feedback focusing on the following three questions for each Site Test:
- Does the example fit well within the envisioned walkable or auto-oriented environment?
- What do you like about the example, and what about this outcome should be required by the UDO?
- What do you not like about the example, and why?
Through this online platform, you can also share your thoughts on the above questions for the Site Tests!
Before providing your feedback, please watch the How to Participate video and review the two informational posters on the walkable environments identified by the community at the Community Meeting and on massing strategies that can help buildings fit comfortably within existing neighborhoods.
Please click on each of the Site Test posters below to post your comments and ideas.
Your insights are very important for crafting a UDO that will create the vibrant community that Greenwood wants! Together, we can make Greenwood an even better place to live, work, and play.
*Note: The Site Tests are not proposed plans or developments. They are examples of possible built outcomes in certain environments.
